Service FAQs
Residential Bin Cleaning Questions
More questions? Call 754-400-BINS
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave your bins at the curb after pickup and we take care of the rest.
What if my bins haven’t been emptied yet?
We schedule your cleaning for after the trash truck’s route. If a bin still has trash in it, let us know and we’ll work out a new time.
Do you clean both the trash and recycling can?
Yes. Every cleaning covers up to 2 bins, so most homes get both carts done on one visit.
Which areas do you serve?
Homes across Broward and Palm Beach County. Enter your address when you book and we’ll confirm your area.
Can I switch from one-time to a plan?
Yes. Start with a one-time cleaning for $65 and move to a recurring plan any time.
