These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of bintherecleanthat.com (the “Site”) and any services, subscriptions, promotions, content, or features offered by Bin There, Clean That LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You’re welcome to browse the Site, request quotes, and book bin-cleaning services. You agree to be honest about your information, provide access to your bins on service day, and pay for the services you select. We’ll do our best to deliver a safe, eco-responsible clean and stand behind our work. There are limits to our liability, and some disputes must be handled individually under Florida law. 1) Eligibility & AccountsYou must be 18+ to use the Site or book services.If you create an account or schedule service, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding any login credentials and for all activity under your account. 2) Service Area & SchedulingOur services are offered within designated service areas (typically South Florida and nearby communities). Availability may vary by date and location. When you book, you authorize us (and our service vehicle) to enter your property’s driveway/curb area necessary to access your bins. If your property is within a gated community, you are responsible for providing access codes or gate clearance. Preparation: Bins must be empty of trash, free of hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, paint, medical waste, human/animal waste beyond normal bin residue), and placed curbside or accessible by 7:00 AM on your scheduled service day (or another time we specify). Weather/Delays: Severe weather, road closures, equipment issues, or municipal schedule changes may require us to reschedule. We’ll notify you as soon as reasonably possible and provide the next available date. 3) Recurring Plans, Changes, & CancellationsWe offer one-time cleanings and recurring plans (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly).Auto-renewal: Recurring plans auto-renew at the then-current rate until canceled. You can cancel or modify your plan at least 48 hours before your next scheduled service to avoid charges for that visit. Skips/Pauses: You may skip or pause a visit with at least 24 hours’ notice. Skips made after dispatch or arrival may be charged a trip fee. Our Right to Cancel: We may cancel or refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond scope, or access is blocked (e.g., cars, locked gates, dogs). In such cases, a reasonable trip or late-cancellation fee may apply. 4) Pricing, Payment & Billing AuthorizationPrices, fees, and promotions are listed on the Site or provided in writing during booking, and are subject to change. Taxes and environmental or water-recovery fees may apply. You authorize us to store and charge your payment method for services rendered, recurring plan renewals, trip/late fees, and any approved add-ons. Late/Failed Payments: If a payment fails, you consent to our attempts to re-charge. Overdue balances may incur a late fee and/or suspension of service until paid. You agree to pay reasonable costs of collection (except where prohibited by law). Chargebacks: Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue quickly. 5) Promotions & “Free Introductory Cleaning”Promotional offers (including any free introductory cleaning) are one per household, apply to standard residential bins only, subject to scheduling and availability, and cannot be combined with other offers. Promotions may require booking a recurring plan and/or a valid payment method and may be revoked or modified at any time where permitted by law. 6) Service Standards, Limitations & Customer ResponsibilitiesWe use water-efficient, high-temperature or pressure-washing equipment with appropriate detergents/disinfectants where applicable.We aim to remove typical residues and odors. Staining, etching, and embedded grime (especially from chemicals, paint, or long-standing buildup) may not fully resolve. We do not handle hazardous waste, needles/sharps, chemicals, wet paint, motor oil, animal carcasses, or biohazards. If discovered, we may refuse or halt service and a fee may apply. You agree to: Have bins emptied by your hauler before our visit; provide safe, unblocked access; restrain pets; share gate codes ahead of time; ensure bins are structurally sound (no cracks/holes that make cleaning unsafe). Water & Runoff: Our process is designed to minimize runoff and comply with local rules. You authorize necessary water use and collection/containment practices as part of the service. Property Condition: We are not liable for pre-existing damage, loose paint/labels, brittle plastic, or manufacturer defects. High-pressure cleaning can dislodge loose materials. 7) Satisfaction Policy & Re-Clean WindowIf you’re not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours of service with photos and a description. We’ll evaluate and, if appropriate, offer a complimentary re-clean. Refunds are not guaranteed once service is performed, except as required by law. 8) Photos, Videos & ReviewsTo document quality and for training/safety, our team may take before/after photos of bins and immediate surroundings. With your consent, we may use non-identifying photos/videos for marketing (website, social media, print). If you prefer we don’t use images for marketing, tell us at or before service. If you post reviews or submit content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and reproduce that content in connection with the Site and our services. 9) Communications (Email, SMS)By providing your contact information, you consent to receive transactional messages about scheduling, reminders, and service updates.Marketing messages (email/SMS) are optional and require your opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time (e.g., reply STOP to SMS). Message/data rates may apply. 10) Intellectual PropertyThe Site (including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software) is owned or licensed by us and protected by IP laws.You may not copy, scrape, frame, or reproduce Site content without our prior written consent, except for your personal, non-commercial use of public pages. 11) Acceptable UseYou agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe any rights.Do not interfere with Site security or function, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or introduce malware.Do not use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without written permission. 12) Third-Party Links & ToolsThe Site may link to third-party sites or use third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, mapping). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Site operation or that defects will be corrected. 15) Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, we (and our owners, employees, and contractors) are not liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities; or (c) property conditions pre-dating service or beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or services is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service in the 12 months before the claim arose. 16) IndemnificationYou agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site/services, or negligence/willful misconduct. 17) Force MajeureWe are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, utility failures, labor shortages, acts of God, government actions). 18) Governing Law; Dispute ResolutionThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of laws.Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute by contacting us in writing and allowing 30 days for a response. Arbitration & Class Waiver (if permitted by law): Except for small-claims matters, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in or near Broward County, Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. No class actions or consolidated claims. Injunctive Relief: Either party may seek temporary or preliminary relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect IP or confidential information. 19) Changes to the Site or TermsWe may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. Odor: We aim to reduce/neutralize odors; some residual odors can persist temporarily, especially in heat/humidity.4. HOA/City Rules: You’re responsible for compliance with HOA/municipal rules about placing bins curbside and service hours.5. Driveways/Surfaces: High-pressure water can move grit; we take care, but are not responsible for pre-existing cracks/spalling, loose sealant/paint, or unstable pavers.6. Add-On Services: Surface cleaning or pressure-washing add-ons are subject to separate scope, pricing, and surface suitability.7. Tipping & Feedback: Tips are optional but appreciated.
